From the intersection of I-70 and MD 32, go north on MD 32 almost 4.0 miles. Turn left following the directions on two large green highway signs reading "To Main Street Sykesville - Next Left." There is no street sign. In a little more than 0.2 mile, turn left on Forsythe Road. Continue west on Forsythe Road and in just under 0.4 mile, turn right into a small unpaved parking lot almost opposite the wooden "Hugg-Thomas-Maryland Dept. of Natural Resources" sign. The lot is marked by a small sign with a "P" on a low post. Mondays through Saturdays during the hunting seasons, parking is by permit only.
