From US 29, take MD 175 east 1.8 miles to Tamar Drive. Turn left; go almost 0.4 mile to a left on Phelps Luck Drive. Continue 0.2 mile to a four-way stop; turn right on Lightspun Land. Park within the first humdred yards as water becomes visible on the right. A paved path circles the pond. There are a few picnic tables; no other facilities.
