From US 29 go west on MD 216 for 3.5 miles to the traffic light at Hall Shop Road. Turn left; the park entrance is 0.3 mile on the left. (If MD 108 is used, turn on Hall Shop Road and continue 0.4 mile to the park entrance on the right.) There is parking near the riding ring at the right of the entrance, or continue to either of the two lots near the top of the hill. The one straight ahead near the soccer field is the most centrally located.
