Comments:
Good turnout for a short-notice trip. We also had good weather,
good company and some nice birds. These included a Blue-headed
Vireo that finally showed itself well, one Savannah Sparrow
(uncommon here), 2 Lincoln's Sparrows including one that perched
in a small tree for several minutes next to a Song Sparrow for
comparison, and a smart-looking male Purple Finch.
