Comments:
A Pine Warbler was heard on the MontCo side at Greenbridge.
Herring Gulls at Wilde in a.m. and Kittamaqundi in p.m. No sign
of Great Black-backed Gull. Hybrids: Possible Mallard/Black Duck
at Wilde Lake. Forebay Pond had two hybrid geese, part Canada. A
similar one was seen at Centennial. The American Kestrel was on
the wire along Ten Oaks Rd. between Brighton Dam Rd. and rt. 108.
Two possible Wilson's Snipe glimpsed at Forebay. Mike Kerwin saw
another at Centennial shortly before group arrived at his usual
station on the south shore. Bald Eagle appeared to be a
non-adult, but light was bad. No way to estimate the number of
Common Grackles. It was a LOT. General lack of waterfowl about!
There were 6 scaup sp. at Greenbridge.
